So when a white person falls in love with a black person it is called 'Jungle Fever'....or at least it used to be in the less PC 80's and 90's. I think the universal term for any and everybody hooking up is. .. .well. . . .hooking up. If a black person falls in love with a white person is it called a 'Cave Cold'?
